Our monthly wellness workshop will be all about sleep!
Because sleep can ( should) make up about one third of a human life, it is vital to learn the details of how to get the most benefit from this simple but absolutely necessary part of life. Topics include different kinds of sleep patterns as well as natural approaches to better sleep. Remember… if you aren’t sleeping, you aren’t healing.
